Hello Kitty's Birthday Surprise has been exclusively launched on the MaxGames community in Malaysia, and features 2 game modes, Story and Tournament. The story mode allows players to collect only the amount of ingredients needed in order to proceed to the next round. In the tournament mode players attempt to collect as many ingredients as possible to obtain a high score to upload.
